Personal Assistant – Helston – (REC-043)

A lovely lady in Helston is looking for 2 hours of support per week on a flexible basis. The PA in question must be fluent in British Sign Language. The client is looking for a PA who is patient, empathetic and has a good understanding of technology. The PA would be responsible for providing support around searching for and attending deaf groups as well as meetings with professionals.

Personal Assistant – Helston– (REC-116)

A client in the Helston area is looking for a kind, happy-go-lucky female PA to support them in maintaining their independence. The client would like some support with trips out in the community, so use of your own vehicle would be an advantage.

Personal Assistant – Porthleven – (REC-168)

A young man in the Helston area is looking for some support 2 days a week in order for him to attend an outdoor day centre. The client is on the Autism Spectrum, has Pathological Demand Avoidance, selective mutism, dyspraxia and dyslexia as well as high levels of anxiety.

Personal Assistant – Penzance Area – (REC-169)

A friendly young man with autism and a learning disability is seeking a Personal Assistant to provide support both at home and out in the community. He enjoys being active, going for bike rides and walks, and building Lego – especially cars!

Personal Assistant – St Ives – (REC-162)

We’re looking for a friendly and motivated Personal Assistant to provide companionship and community support to a young man who enjoys collecting LEGO, surfing and water sports (in the summer months), walking, cycling, climbing, and gadgets.

Personal Assistant – Helston – (REC-158)

An older gentleman in the Helston area with Parkinson’s and Dementia is looking for support for a minimum of 3 hours a week to start with. The client is no longer able to access the community and is looking for someone to sit with him quietly, perhaps read to him, providing friendly conversation and companionship. Every day is different and he requires someone reliable with flexibility and the ability to act on instinct.

Personal Assistant – Redruth– (REC-150)

A new opportunity for a kind, considerate and experienced PA to support a gentleman and his mother-in-law in their home. The gentleman has Parkinsons and Lewy-Body Dementia, and the lady is chair bound. They are looking for support a few days a week while the gentleman’s wife is at work.

Personal Assistant – Pendeen – (REC-155)

A young man in the Pendeen area is looking for 7 hours support a week to aid him in gaining and maintaining his independence. A lover constructing Lego, shopping with lists and dump runs (ensuring that everything is put in the correct bin!). The client has epilepsy, and while most of his seizures during the night, 2 or 3 will be during the daytime and this is managed. In addition, the client suffers from Early Learning Delay, OCD, Demand Avoidance and is on the pathway to be diagnosed with an ASD.
