Our Commitment

We are committed to making The PA Collective website as accessible and usable as possible. Our goal is to create a more inclusive society, and that starts with providing a website everyone can use.

How the Site Supports Accessibility

We have designed the website with accessibility in mind, including:

  • All text and colour combinations meet WCAG accessibility guidelines

  • The website is fully navigable using a keyboard

  • Forms and interactive elements are designed to be accessible using a keyboard

  • The site includes a built-in screen reader to read most on-page text aloud

  • Correct HTML heading structure is used throughout to make navigation easier

  • The site is optimised for mobile devices and tablets

We will review the website regularly to improve accessibility and keep up with best practice.

How our Services Support Accessibility

At The PA Collective, we are committed to making our services inclusive and accessible to everyone. We take the following steps to ensure our support is available to all clients:

  • Flexible Communication Options – We offer meetings and updates via phone, email, video calls (with captions enabled), or in writing, depending on your preference.
  • Accessible Formats – Key documents, guides, and resources can be provided in large print, plain text, or alternative formats on request.
  • Adjustable Working Methods – We tailor our support to your needs, whether that means breaking tasks into smaller steps, using specific tools or platforms, or scheduling work at times that suit you best.
  • Neurodiversity & Disability Awareness – Our team is trained to work inclusively with clients who have different communication and working styles, ensuring understanding and patience throughout.
  • Supportive Onboarding – We take extra care to make our onboarding process straightforward and accessible, offering additional guidance if needed.

If you have specific accessibility requirements, please let us know, and we will make every effort to meet them.

Known Limitations

Some downloadable documents, such as PDFs or guides, may not yet be fully accessible via the website. Alternative formats, such as easy-read versions, are available on request.

The built-in screen reader does not currently read alt text for images. Image descriptions (alt text) can be read using standard screen readers such as NVDA.

Feedback and Contact

We welcome feedback on our website’s accessibility. If you have suggestions for improvements, or would like information in a different format such as easy-read, please get in touch:

We will do our best to respond and provide the information in a format that works for you.
