They enjoy spending time outdoors, walking a dog, visiting the seaside, fishing and kayaking. They would welcome support with social activities and opportunities to reduce loneliness. Assistance may also be needed with household tasks, including tidying, preparing meals, keeping track of appointments and taking medication. They sometimes find numbers and daily routines challenging, so patient and reliable support is important.

The individual has Autism, POTS Syndrome which can cause dizziness, fast heart rate, fainting, and fatigue when changing movement, Vestibular Migraines leading to further dizziness, nausea, and vomiting, Asthma, and a physical condition that can affect mobility.
