An independent female, living with a diagnosis of lung cancer is looking for some additional support each day to help with personal care. Support may be required with washing, meal preparation and light domestic tasks. The lady would like to remain as independent as possible, so a visit each day of 45 minutes is to enable her to do this whilst navigating her health.

The ideal candidate will be kind, trustworthy, open-minded, and willing to learn, with a good sense of humour and a calm approach. As the client has two larger dogs, you must be comfortable and confident around big dogs. Due to some difficulties with communication, memory, and processing information, they require patient, reliable support to build confidence and independence. The individual is currently supported mainly by family and can feel anxious about new people, so this role would suit a calm, trustworthy PA who is keen to develop a positive, supportive relationship and make a meaningful difference in everyday life.
