Description

Client looking for reliable PA to provide friendly, supportive help with daily living and building independence. The client is a 34-year-old who enjoys gaming, especially spending time on their Xbox, and would benefit from support with tasks such as household chores, personal hygiene, organisation, budgeting, and attending appointments. They can find phone calls and unexpected changes to routine challenging, and may feel overwhelmed in busy or noisy environments, so a calm and consistent approach is important. Support is also needed with managing health needs, including medication, nutrition, and attending appointments. The ideal PA will be patient, reliable, and easy-going, able to provide gentle encouragement while helping the client feel comfortable, confident, and supported day to day.

Key responsibilities

General household support (cleaning, laundry, meal preparation)

Shopping and errands

Transport and support to access the community

Support and prompting with personal hygiene tasks

Support to help manage finances

Essential requirements

Hold a full, clean UK driving licence

Have access to their own roadworthy vehicle

Hold a current Enhanced DBS

Have public liability insurance

Have a Unique Taxpayer Reference (UTR) from HMRC

Have relevant experience supporting vulnerable adults, Autism and Mental Health

Terms:

This role requests a self-employed person to provide services directly to the client. You will be paid by them and not our organisation.
