Description
I am looking for a reliable, caring and flexible Personal Assistant to support me with my morning routine, including getting out of bed, dressing, showering and all aspects of my personal care. I enjoy listening to music, walking my two dogs every day and being involved in my local community, so I'm looking for someone who can support me to continue doing the things I enjoy. I also attend a lot of meetings due to my current role within the town of Bodmin. You will need to be confident using a ceiling hoist, and it would be helpful if you are able to do some driving for me using my wheelchair accessible vehicle (WAV).
Most importantly, I am looking for someone trustworthy, respectful and reliable, who will support my independence and fit in with my lifestyle.
Key responsibilities
Personal Care (support with washing, dressing etc)
Support to access the community
Using a ceiling hoist to assist with transferring
Be comfortable driving my vehicle
Essential requirements
Applicants must:
Be self-employed
Hold a full, clean UK driving licence
Hold a current Enhanced DBS
Have public liability insurance
Have a Unique Taxpayer Reference (UTR) from HMRC

This role requests a self-employed person to provide services directly to the client. You will be paid by them and not our organisation.
