We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Assistant to support a female client in Liskeard. The lady has a great interest in nature, wildlife and animals, so someone who shares some of the same interests would be desirable. The role involves supporting access to the local community, assisting with general household tasks when required, and providing patient, understanding support during times of distress or heightened emotion. The ideal candidate will be kind, trustworthy, open-minded, and willing to learn, with a good sense of humour and a calm approach. As the client has two larger dogs, you must be comfortable and confident around big dogs. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is empathetic, dependable, and committed to making a positive difference.

Personal Assistant – Newquay – (REC-372)

A young gentleman with a passion for music and DJing is looking for a positive and energetic PA who can help to support him in maintaining his independence. This could include support with organising daily routines, household tasks and preparing meals. They lead an active lifestyle, regularly attending the gym and enjoying outdoor activities such as walking and bike rides. The gentleman can sometimes feel overwhelmed by demanding situations, so someone who can remain calm is a must. The role includes supporting social engagement and activities to build confidence and meet new people. The young gentleman has an ASD condition which can affect his communication, especially with new people or if he is experiencing anxiety, so someone patient would be essential.

Personal Assistant – Torpoint – (REC-079)

A kind, compassionate, and dependable Personal Assistant is required to join two existing PA’s, forming a small team of three supporting a gentleman living in the Torpoint area. This role focuses on providing companionship, reassurance, and a consistent supportive presence at home while his primary carer takes a well-deserved break.
The gentleman lives with dementia and benefits greatly from having calm, patient individuals around him to help maintain his safety, comfort, and wellbeing. He is a passionate music enthusiast with an extensive collection of LPs and CDs, and he enjoys spending time completing puzzles, particularly jigsaws.

Personal Assistant – Penryn – (REC-428)

An opportunity has arisen for a kind, caring and reliable Personal Assistant to support a lady with dementia in Penryn. She needs support with personal care, to get around safely and communicate her wishes and needs. She is a sociable lady who enjoys the company of others, singing, dancing and trips out in the local community. She likes people who are kind, patient and take the time to let her speak and listen to her. Support should be able to motivate her to make the most of her day and recognise when she needs to spend time resting. So good interaction and observation skills are required. A PA who has experience with dementia and manual handling would be ideal, due to the ladies’ conditions.

Personal Assistant – Helston – (REC-085)

A lovely young man in the Helston area with a variety of complex needs is looking for some support. The client has a few health issues to be aware of, in particular severe epilepsy so the successful PA would need relevant training and/or awareness in this regard. They are a wheelchair user, with severe visual impairment and non-verbal.

Lady who loves dogs seeks a mature personal assistant to support her with household duties and enjoying days out. She has Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and so will require a healthy PA to ensure the sustainability of her health.

Personal Assistant – Penzance – (REC-425)

An opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and reliable Personal Assistant to support a lady and her husband living in the Penzance area. The role includes giving her husband some respite by assisting her to walk to the bathroom/toileting, getting out to enjoy the garden, companionship watching TV, engaging in conversation, or taking a walk accompanying the lady on her new scooter down by the local village river which is close by. It is important the lady does not fall, due to osteoporosis. A PA who has experience with dementia/Alzheimer’s would be ideal, due to the ladies’ conditions.
