Employed/Self-Employed Personal Assistant – Newlyn – (REC-468)

I am a fun-loving and active young person who is preparing to move from my family home into my own home with 24-hour support. Self-Employed Personal Assistant – Hayle – (REC-469)

I am an independent wheelchair user with Cerebral Palsy looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and person-centred female Personal Assistant to join my support team. I enjoy getting out into nature, attending local events, listening to music, watching films, and having interesting conversations on a wide range of topics. I am looking for someone who can support me with personal care, daily living tasks, driving my wheelchair accessible vehicle (WAV), household duties, and accompanying me when I am out and about. The right person will be respectful, flexible, honest, and willing to build a positive working relationship based on trust and mutual respect. I see everyone as equals and value kindness, good communication, a sense of humour, and someone who sees me as a person, not my wheelchair.
Please note; I am a smoker.

Self-Employed Personal Assistant – Falmouth – (REC-452)

I am a widowed parent of three primary school-aged children and am looking for a reliable, organised, and compassionate Personal Assistant/Home Support Assistant. I have Autism, ADHD, and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, which causes chronic pain and makes fine motor and prolonged static tasks particularly difficult. My children also have a combination of neurodivergent traits, meaning we all benefit from a clean, organised environment for regulation. With the children in school full-time, I am looking for someone to help me maintain a calm, structured, and well-functioning home, providing practical support with household organisation and day-to-day tasks.

Duties will include light household tasks, laundry, meal preparation, shopping, driving to appointments, dog walking, and helping me attend social and nature-based activities when I am well enough. I share my life with Moth, my wonderful Border Collie, so a love of dogs, wildlife and the outdoors is essential. I am looking for someone who is calm, understanding, non-judgemental and has a good sense of humour. Knowledge of, or willingness to learn about, M.E. and its impact would be highly valued. If you enjoy helping others and would like to make a real difference to someone’s quality of life, I would love to hear from you.

Self-Employed Personal Assistant – Camborne- (REC-457)

I am looking for a kind, reliable and non-judgemental Personal Assistant to support me with day-to-day living. Flexibility is important as my health can vary, and I need help with attending appointments, shopping, medication prompts, and occasionally personal care when my symptoms are more severe. My goal is to remain as independent as possible, although this can be challenging at times. I enjoy reading and canvas painting when I am well enough, and I would love to find someone who is patient, compassionate and willing to build a trusting working relationship. I am open to having more than one PA and will be as flexible as possible around availability, but initially I would like to follow my care plan to ensure I feel comfortable, supported and understood.
