Description

I am a fun-loving and active young person who is preparing to move from my family home into my own home with 24-hour support. I enjoy keeping busy and spending time doing the things I love, including listening to music, dancing, going for walks, swimming, working out at the gym, attending live music events, and going to the cinema.

I have a learning disability, autism, and dyspraxia, and I need support with many aspects of daily life. This includes personal care, choosing suitable clothing, preparing meals, maintaining my home, shopping, and accessing the community safely. I have limited awareness of risks and can be vulnerable when out and about, so I need support from people who are attentive, patient, and proactive. My communication skills are developing, and I respond best to clear, simple instructions and encouragement.

I am looking for support workers who will help me build my confidence and independence while ensuring I am safe and well supported. I want to enjoy an active lifestyle, try new experiences, make healthy choices, and be fully involved in my community. If you are positive, reliable, and passionate about helping people achieve their goals, I would love to hear from you.
