We’re looking for a friendly and motivated Personal Assistant to provide companionship and community support to a young man who enjoys collecting LEGO, surfing and water sports (in the summer months), walking, cycling, climbing, and gadgets.
He currently spends a lot of time on his own and would benefit from encouragement to build confidence, develop independence, and get out into the community more often.
The role involves supporting him to try new activities, enjoy days out, go shopping, and generally have fun while promoting independence and social engagement.
If you’re active, patient, and enjoy helping others build confidence through shared interests and positive experiences — and you’re not afraid to try new things or get in the water alongside the person you support — we’d love to hear from you!
