A lovely young man in the Helston area with a variety of complex needs is looking for some support. The client has a few health issues to be aware of, in particular severe epilepsy so the successful PA would need relevant training and/or awareness in this regard. They are a wheelchair user, with severe visual impairment and non-verbal.

The client is looking for a PA to provide primarily companionship in the first instance. They enjoy a variety of music, arts and crafts, being read to and getting out and about. In September. The client will be starting a course at Truro College 3 days a week so schedule may change from then.

Essential requirements

Great communication skills

Flexibility & adaptability to adapt to changing demands or unexpected situations

Full driving licence, access to a vehicle + business cover (if applicable)

Relevant Training/Qualifications

Proof of self-employment in the UK, insurance & DBS check (if self-employed)
