Description
I am looking for a kind, patient and reliable PA to support me with my day-to-day care. I am bedbound following a stroke in 2024 and other health conditions, and I have limited use of my left side. I need support with personal care, including bed washes and pad changes, as well as my meals and medication. I have a hospital bed and a ceiling track hoist, which helps me transfer to my recliner, usually once a day for my evening meal. I enjoy watching TV, listening to people chat and sometimes playing with my fidget toys. I am looking for someone who can keep me company and help me with breakfast, lunch, medicines, coffees and personal care. Occasionally, if I am sleeping, there may be some light help with my laundry or ironing, but there are no general household chores involved. Communication is very limited, mainly thumbs up, and little noises. Patience is key to support with this.
