Description
I am a positive, kind, and friendly young person who enjoys music, singing, watching films, swimming, going out for meals, and spending time with others. I have a multisensory impairment, including tunnel vision and a hearing impairment, and I use a cane and hearing aids. With the right guidance and support, I enjoy getting out and about, attending events and social activities, shopping, and making the most of the school holidays. I am looking for a Personal Assistant to support me during the school holidays for 15 weeks each year, helping me access the community and enjoy the activities I love.
Key responsibilities
Shopping and errands
Support with communication when required
Transport and support to access the community
Support to access the community
Support required in holiday times as I attend college in term time
Essential requirements
Applicants must:
Be self-employed
Hold a full, clean UK driving licence
Have access to a roadworthy vehicle
Hold a current Enhanced DBS
Have public liability insurance
Have a Unique Taxpayer Reference (UTR) from HMRC

This role requests a self-employed person to provide services directly to the client. You will be paid by them and not our organisation.
