I need someone calm, patient and able to work independently, who respects professional boundaries and understands fluctuating energy levels. Taking daily medication, vitamins and supplements

Laundry and ensuring clean clothes are available

Keeping the home clean, tidy and supporting ongoing decluttering

Shopping (local and supermarket), online orders and collecting prescriptions

Meal planning, preparation and cooking

Admin tasks including phone calls, post and emails

Budgeting and managing finances

Encouragement to attend social activities, appointments and support groups

Support to get outdoors for short walks or time in the garden (including use of mobility aids if needed)
