A female Personal Assistant is required to provide calm, consistent support to a nineteen-year-old individual who has additional needs and can experience emotional distress. She currently relies heavily on her family, who would benefit from regular and reliable external support. This role focuses on building a trusting relationship, offering gentle one to one companionship, and supporting her to re-engage with activities she enjoys at a pace that feels comfortable and safe for her.

She enjoys gaming on her PC, is very creative, and loves arts and crafts such as modelling clay and painting. Once a positive relationship has been established, the PA will help her gradually build confidence and explore suitable community-based opportunities.

This is a role that requires patience, understanding, and a willingness to work slowly while helping her feel safe, supported, and more connected.
